last redeco of volt, I swear

after consulting with other people in Warframe, I decided that I will not keep the Valkyr I am building, instead, I chose Frost, who will be replaced by his Primed version in a few days. the main reasons for keeping Volt are

1.) he's a super effective anti-Corpus Warframe 

2.) he's a great offensive Warframe (although he doesnt own up to his desc. stating him as a potent alternative to gunplay) 

3.) with the Hunt for Alad V event concluded (that's where I got that holographic badge) Jupiter's former boss, J-3 Golem (who dropped Volt component blueprints) has been removed from his post, and is replaced by Alad V (more known in chat by his nickname Salad V), Alad drops parts for Valkyr (but no Greedy Milk)
