the Citadel docks were fairly busy,and there was a generous sprinkling of Volus, Turians, Asari, and Humans all mingling, sitting about, passing through, and discussing business. there was a noticeable absence of Quarians in the docks, save for one, sitting against some crates. He was cleaning an M-29 Incisor sniper rifle, and watching a vid projected from his Omni-tool. the decorative wrappings over his environmental suit were scarlet with faded white stripes, and his helmet visor had armored louvers. he looked as if he had seen a few scrapes, owing to the patches on his suit, which looked like they were makeshift.
